Sink your teeth into a juicy beef patty, perfectly seasoned and graced with melted Brighton Farms® American Pepper Jack Cheese. But the real star? Serves 8

Ingredients
  • 6 oz Brighton Farms® Cream Cheese (equivalent to 3 oz per serving)
  • 8 slices Brighton Farms® American Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 6 Jalapeño Peppers, halved and seeded
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 12 slices Bacon, crumbled
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef (adjust seasoning as desired)
  • Lettuce, Tomato, and Guacamole for garnish
Directions
  1. Brush jalapeños with oil and grill covered over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Once cool, chop finely.
  2. Combine finely chopped jalapeños with bacon and cream cheese.
  3. In a large bowl, combine garlic, salt, lemon pepper seasoning, pepper, and paprika and mix into beef.
  4. Shape into 8 thin patties.
  5. Spoon bacon/cream cheese/jalapeño mixture onto 4 of the patties, cover with remaining 4 patties, and press edges firmly to seal.
  6. Grill burgers covered over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until temp. is 160°F.
  7. Top with Pepper Jack Cheese and cook 1-2 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve on a grilled bun, and top with lettuce, tomato, and guacamole as desired.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. fennel seed
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups pizza sauce
  • 4 round thin sandwich breads, any variety, split
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of choice (sliced black or green olives, sliced red or yellow bell peppers, sliced red onions)optional

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ground beef, fennel seed, salt, ground coriander, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and crushed red pepper in large bowl, mixing lightly but thororughly.
  2. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add sausage mixture; gook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into 1/2-inch crumbles and stirring occasional.
  3. Stir in pizza sauce; cook 2-3 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  4. Keep warm and set aside.
  5. Place sandwich thinks, cut sides up, on rack of broiler pan. Spoon equal amounts of sausage mixture on each bread half
  6. Evenly sprinkle with cheese and toppings, as desired.
  7. Plae pizzas on rack of broiler pan so surface of cheese is 3 to 4 inches from heat.
  8. Broil 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 oz. basil pesto
  • 8 oz. sliced Gruyere cheese
  • 8 oz. sliced white cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. Dan’s Prize All Natural* Pulled Corned Beef, thawed
  • 4 oz. butter, softened

DIRECTIONS

  1. On 8 slices bread, evenly divide pesto.
  2. Top 4 slices bread with Gruyere cheese and 4 slices bread with white cheddar cheese.
  3. Top with shredded/pulled corned beef; sandwich together.

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 slices Colby-Jack cheese, cut into 8 pieces
  • 8 slider hamburger buns
  • 3 tablespoons prepared garlic mayonnaise
  • 2 cups loosely packed mixed salad greens
  • 8 slices tomatoes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine Ground Beef, jerky, salt and pepper; mix until just incorporated. Do not over mix. Divide mixture into 8 equal balls. Press into slider patties, about 2-1/2 inches in diameter.
  2. Place patties on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, covered, 9 to 11 minutes) until instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into center registers 160°F, turning occasionally. Top each slider with cheese; cook until cheese is just melted.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (93% lean or leaner)
  • 1/4 cup prepared thick-and-chunky salsa
  • 4 frozen cream cheese or Cheddar cheese-stuffed jalapeño peppers
  • 1/4 cup prepared salsa con queso
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh plum tomato
  • 2 tablespoons sliced pitted ripe olives
Garnish:
  • Prepared thick-and-chunky salsa (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine Ground Beef and 1/4 cup salsa in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Lightly shape into four thin patties. Place one stuffed pepper in center of each patty; wrap beef around pepper to enclose, sealing seams and forming ball. Flatten balls into patties about 4 to 5 inches across and 1 inch thick.
  2. Place patties on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 15 to 16 minutes, until instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into center registers 160°F, turning occasionally.

  • 4 frozen toasted cheese ravioli

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare toasted ravioli and sauce per package directions.

  2. Place patties on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. About 2 minutes before burgers are done, place buns, cut sides down, on grid. Grill until lightly toasted. During last minute of grilling, top each burger with cheese slice.
