From Prima Porta, we added frozen Italian sausage ropes made from 100% pork using an old fine-tuned recipe. Choose from hot or sweet Italian for the perfect addition to your dish; as the star or as a great flavor enhancer.

Hand-held is hot-hot-hot right now! With that in mind, the new Tyson Pride® chicken drumsticks could be the perfect addition to your menu – even if you already offer wings! These Fast Finish® drumsticks come frozen and fully cooked, which helps save on time and labor costs while still offering high quality. Simply bake or fry and toss in your favorite sauce. We also added fresh Angus choice beef brisket from Copper Creek. This premium cut is great to cook with and packed with flavor that everyone will enjoy.

Lastly, for nonfood items we added 2-ply Bounty paper towels from Procter & Gamble. These super-absorbent towels are great for picking up big spills, and truly live up to being the “quicker picker-upper”.

First from Dabesta, a 12oz Pizza Dough Ball. This local vendor always makes their pizza dough unbleached and unbromated, assuring no jaw fatigue, shrink resistant and always Maine made. Last from Fontanini a Spicy Italian Sausage Link, fully cooked 100% spicy pork. This Italian 6” sausage link is made in natural hog casing and is seasoned with three types of pepper and fennel.
