Pillbury™ Freezer to Oven Cornbread Biscuit Dough 12
BBQ Pulled Pork, prepared, held warm 1 lb 14 oz or 3 3/4 cups
Macaroni and Cheese, prepared, held warm 1 lb 2 oz or 3 cups

Directions:

  1. Bake biscuits according to package directions, keep warm.
  2. Split biscuits horizontally; place 2.5 oz of pulled pork on bottom half of biscuit.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups pulled pork, prepared with no sauce
  • 1/4 cup slider buns, seeded, brioche or other.
  • 4 ea white or yellow aged cheddar, sliced
  • 8 ea small picks

DIRECTIONS

    1. Using a medium size mixing bowl, mix 1/4 cup barbecue sauce with the pulled pork. Add more sauce to your linking, keeping additional sauce aside to spread on the bun or drizzle over the pork once cooked.
    2. Using either a medium pot or pan, covered microwavable container or a covered oven-ready dish, reheat the pulled pork until an internal temperature of 165˚F.
    3. Once cooked, spread additional barbecue sauce starting with the bottom bun topped with 1/4 cup of pulled pork.
    4. Next, top the pork with 2ea slices of cheddar followed by the top bun spread with additional barbecue sauce.

6 eggs
1/2 finely chopped green bell pepper
16 ounces seasoned shredded BBQ pork
6 10-inch tortillas
1 1/4 shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
Pinch of ground black pepper.

DIRECTIONS

PREP

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, bell pepper, milk salt and pepper.

COOK

  •  Meanwhile, prepare seasoned shredded pork to desired temperature.

SERVE

  •  Stack tortillas and wrap in microwave-safe towels. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 1 minute or until heated through. Divide egg mixture among tortillas, spooning it just below the center of each tortilla.
  • Top eggs with shredded pork; sprinkle with cheese. Fold bottom edge of each tortilla up and over filling, fold in opposite sides, and roll up from the bottom.
