First, from Farmland, a new fresh Silver Medal Bologna. From Ultima a new High Oleic Canola Oil. High oleic oil is high in unsaturated fat, low in saturated fat, and has no trans fat. Two new products from Ace Bakery: First, a Mini Herb Schiacciata Bread, hand dimpled and hearth-baked, with olive oil and sea salt both baked in the dough and brushed on top, featuring an airy interior and crisp Herbs de Provence crust. Second, a Demi Baguette Roll, traditional French white bread with a crisp, golden crust and a light, airy interior in a perfect sandwich size. Next IQF Banana Slices from Savor; perfect for shakes, desserts and banana split season!
