INGREDIENTS

• 1 telera roll item #7975
• 2 oz honey hot ranch
• 3 oz crispy chicken
• 1 oz shredded jack cheese
• 1 tablespoon diced tomato
• 1/2 oz sliced white onion
• 1/4 sliced avocado
• 3 thinly sliced jalapeno rings
• 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

HONEY HOT RANCH

• 2 cups hot wing sauce
• 2 cups homestyle ranch dressing
• DIRECTIONS
  1. Spray flat grill and toast roll, cut side down on grill, remove.
  2. Drizzle each side of bread with 1 oz honey hot ranch.
  3. Place cheese on chicken and melt.
  4. When cheese is melted, place chicken on bottom half of roll. Top chicken with tomato, white onion, avocado, jalapeno, cilantro and arugula.
  5. Place top half of bread on sandwich, slice in half and serve!See More Recipes

INGREDIENTS

• 1lb tater tots
• 1 fl-oz non stick spray
• 1 fl-oz shredded, cheddar cheese
• 4 ea cooked, diced, applewood bacon
• 1/4 cup ranch
• 1/4 cup Kogi salsa roja
• 1 tablespoon chives

DIRECTIONS

1. Deep fry tater tots. Heat the the oven temperature to 400˚F  and lightly coat in 9-inch pie plate or pan with cooking spray.
2. Lightly press the tater tots into the prepared dish. Top with cheese and bacon.
3. Bake until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes. When tots exit the oven, drizzle with salsa roja and ranch. Sprinkle with chives and serve!

• 2 oz Koji salsa roja
• 2 oz ranch
• 2 tablespoons bias cut scallions

DIRECTIONS

1. Deep fry chips at 350˚F until golden brown.
2. Place onto oven table try and layer with all ingredients in the order listed above.
3. Remove from oven and drizzle with salsa roja and ranch, garnish with scallions and serve!
