And from Atlantic Treasure, we added Chopped Ocean Clams. These canned chopped ocean clams are prepared from fresh, clean, wholesome Atlantic Quahog clam meat from the species Artica Islandica. The first new item on our list is a unique one! From Broadleaf, we added wild boar loin chops. These bone-in chops are 4-6 ounces in size and are a great specialty item for your dinner menu. From Cafe Classics try their rich, delicious, ready-to-serve chocolate pudding. For a great low-labor, high-profit dessert pair the pudding with the new graham cracker crumbs from Highland Market for a quick, but tasty, chocolate pudding pie.

From Sweet Source, we added two varieties of sugar substitutes to add to your kitchen or dining table packets for coffee drinkers or customers that like things a little extra sweet. Next, from Highland Market we have seasoned croutons offered two ways. Buy them in a bulk bag for in-person dining or portioned packages for takeout and on-the-go meals. From Fruity Snacks, try the Funable strawberry fruit snacks; a perfect add-on to kids’ meals and school snacks/lunches. We also added concentrated lemon juice from Portion Pac, offered in 4-gram packets.

On the dairy side of things, we have three new types of cheese blocks. Choose from extra-sharp white cheddar, sharp white cheddar, and sharp yellow cheddar offered in 10-pound blocks. Lastly, we added corned beef brisket from Old Neighborhood. This delicious meat arrives frozen and pre-cooked, allowing for a longer shelf-life and quick cook times for this classic holiday favorite.

Grilled “double-crusty” jalapeno red skin potatoes mashed and topped with a mixture of roasted “blistered” bell peppers and poblanos, sliced chorizo and topped with Cotija crumbles. This is a great dish to be served as an appetizer or a side for some needed spicy southwest inspired flavor.

Directions:

1. Prepare 1 pouch of Jalapeño Cheddar Red Skinned
   Mashed Potatoes cooked according to their directions.
2. Place 8 oz. mashed potatoes in oven proof bowl. Grill amount needed until golden brown and crusty. Break up and place at the bottom of platter.
3. Place 4 oz. sliced chorizo on top of mashed potatoes.
4. Place 4 strips of roasted green bell pepper on top of chorizo.
5. Scatter 4-5 small poblano peppers.
6. Place 3 oz. crumbled Cotija on top of peppers.
7. Top with 2 tbsp. sliced jalapeños.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 French bread 2oz
• 1 teaspoon ranch dressing
• 1 1/2 oz sliced turkey deli meat
• 1/2 oz sliced cheddar cheese
• 1 slice fully cooked turkey bacon
• 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
• 1/4 cup sliced fresh tomatoes
• 2 ea pretzel sticks

DIRECTIONS

1. 1. Press thawed French bread open and spread ranch dressing across surface.
   2. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, turkey, bacon then cheese on bottom half.
   3. Close bun and cut in half diagonally; press pretzel stick through middle of each half gently and serve.
