INGREDIENTS

Pillbury™ Freezer to Oven Cornbread Biscuit Dough 12
BBQ Pulled Pork, prepared, held warm 1 lb 14 oz or 3 3/4 cups
Macaroni and Cheese, prepared, held warm 1 lb 2 oz or 3 cups

Directions:

  1. Bake biscuits according to package directions, keep warm.
  2. Split biscuits horizontally; place 2.5 oz of pulled pork on bottom half of biscuit.
  3. Add 1.5 oz of macaroni and cheese and top with remaining biscuit half; serve immediately or hold warm.

Pillsbury™ Garlic & Cheddar Biscuit Dough, baked as waffles, serve as the bun in a fab and fiery twist on a Juicy Lucy: cheese-stuffed chorizo burgers.

 Ingredients
Measure
Pillsbury™ Garlic Cheddar Biscuit Dough 24
Mayonnaise 2.4 oz (1/4 cup)
Smoked Paprika 1 1/4 cup
Chorizo, Raw, Ground 1 lb 8 oz
Cheddar Cheese, Slices 3 oz (6 each)
Chimichurri Sauce, Prepared 3 oz (1/2 cup)

Directions:

  1. Thaw Pillsbury™ Garlic & Cheddar Bixcuit Dough, covered, at room temperature 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerate overnight.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and smoked paprika in a mixing bowl; refrigerate until assembly.
  3. Divide chorizo into 2 oz portions; press each until thin and round, approx. 3-inch diameter.
  4. Divide cheese into quarters and stack in 12 groups of 2 pieces each.
  5. Form chorizo around cheese stack (2 quarter pieces) so it is completely enclosed.
  6. Preheat large pan or grill to medium-high heat; cook burgers about 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  7. Keep warm until assembly.
  8. Preheat waffle iron to 375°F; place a biscuit onto the well-oiled surface and bake 60-90 seconds or until golden brown.
  9. Spread 1 tsp aioli (mayonnaise, paprika mixture) over waffle; top with cooked burger.
  10. Add 1 tsp (0.2 oz) chimichurri sauce and top with a plain waffle; serve warm.

Yeild: 12 servings (1 burger = 1 serving)

The tasty little sandwiches bake until the cheese is gooey, then a dusting of powdered sugar.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz whole grain biscuit, split
  • 1 oz ham slice
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry jam
  • powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

    1. Open thawed biscuit and fill with ham and cheese; spread strawberry jam on inside of top biscuit.
    2. Heat in 350˚F convection oven 5-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165˚F, cheese is melted and biscuit is top is toasted.
    3. Remove from oven and immediately dust with a pinch of powdered sugar; serve warm!

INGREDIENTS

  • 48 ct naan breads
  • 9 lb chicken breast
  • 12 piece minced garlic cloves
  • 1.5 cup soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 6 cups chopped cabbage
  • 3 cups shredded carrots
  • 3 cups finely chopped cilantro
  • 3 cups chopped green onions (green parts only)
  • 4 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey for slaw
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce for slaw

DIRECTIONS

    1. To prepare the marinade, combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, black & red pepper and honey in large bowl.
    2. Slice the chicken into strips (roughly .5″) and then coat and soak in marinade for 15-20 minutes.
    3. To prepare the coleslaw, add cabbage, carrots, cilantro, green onions, then mix in vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce and honey in another large bowl.
    4. Grill chicken on medium high heat until cooked to 165˚F internally.
    5. Add chicken to naan and then top with slaw to serve!

Formulated to produce light and fluffy 2.51oz biscuits that are made without gelatin, for USDA child nutrition programs meets 2 ounce equivalent grain. Next from Ace Bakery a new Baguette Roll, unsliced. Traditional French white baguette with a creamy and fully developed flavor and perfectly crisp golden crust. Great for an appetizer, or along side a main course. From Mayan, this product is a ready to eat tortilla made with Yellow Corn Flour and added wheat gluten to add flexibility. It’s has a Light Yellow to Yellow Color with toasted marks. A few weeks ago we added the newest flavor from Fox Family Farms, the Sour Cream and Onion.
