From Revel Eats, we’ve added two new appetizer options. Guacamole Bites and Queso Loaded Tots. Revel Eats Guacamole Bites are a new twist on a familiar favorite! Crispy tortilla chip breading filled with smashed avocados, diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, and lime juice. The Queso Loaded Tots are a great potato filled treat with a blend of queso fresco and other savory cheeses, jalapeño peppers and bacon in a crispy, tortilla chip coating.  Both of these items have menu versatility and can be used as an appetizer, side, or topper.

From Sunny Fresh, we’ve added Whole Grain Cinnamon Glazed French Toast. These whole slices of whole grain french toast are dipped in egg and sweetened with a cinnamon sugar glaze. They come individually packed in a heatable wrap. This all-time breakfast favorite has no high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, or artificial flavors and perfect for school cafeterias.

From Ruby Kist, we’ve added three new fruit juices. Cranberry cocktail, apple juice and tomato juice. These fruit juice and juice cocktails are a versatile choice for restaurants and bars. Ideal for creating mixed drinks or as a stand-alone beverage. Try the new whole turkeys we added from Jennie-O! This delicious turkey comes frozen for longer shelf-life, while also keeping its delicious flavor. From Goldkist, we added large popcorn chicken coated in a tasty, nutritious whole grain breading. This is a great option for kids’ school lunches!

Next, we have some sweet and delicious breakfast options. From Super Bakery, we now offer glazed cinnamon buns and mini apple cinnamon bread loaves. Both of these items are made with whole grain and come individually-wrapped, making them a more balanced on-the-go option for breakfast.

Lastly, we added a variety of frozen dinner rolls from Flowers and Bridgford. From Flowers, we have the 2.5″ square rolls – simply just thaw and serve. From Bridgford, we have honey wheat dinner rolls offered in 1 oz. or 2 oz. sizes. All three of these rolls are made with whole grain and are baked in the oven to perfection.

First from Unilever a Septic Safe Toilet Cleaner. This Seventh Generation Toilet Bowl Cleaner has a plant-based formula that attacks stubborn stains in toilet bowls in a flash. Starting us off is a Truffle Sea Salt, this fine sea salt from France, flecked with small pieces of summer truffles, is a simple way to elevate your dishes. A light sprinkle is all you need to infuse your meal with the unmistakable, earthy flavor of truffles. Next a Red Petite Sweet Pepper and a Yellow Petite Sweet Pepper, these peppers both have a tangy and mildy sweet flavor. They are lightly marinated and ideal when served stuffed with rich cheese or chopped and folded in omelettes and shakshukas. Looking to add something unique to your dish? Try the new Aji Amarillo Pepper Puree, a smooth yellow paste is made from aji amarillo peppers, a typical ingredient of Peruvian cuisine. It features a medium heat level tempered by a distinct fruitiness. Next a Spanish Saffron Spice, saffron is a fragrant spice made from the dried stigmas of crocus flowers. A mere pinch is all that is necessary to infuse dishes with a heady aroma and vivid gold color. Oven Roasted Yellow Tomatoes are next, these tomatoes are slowly roasted for a fresh, vine-ripened flavor and marinated in oil, garlic and oregano. They have a beautiful golden yellow hue, a moist texture and intense tomato flavor. Aji Panca Pepper Puree, this smooth, dark red pepper purée is made from Aji Pancas, a traditional ingredient of Peruvian cuisine. The puree has a strong and balanced heat enhanced by smoky and acidic undertones. And lastly, a White Truffle Oil, this oil has a pale golden color and a subtle yet heady truffle flavor. Only a few drops are necessary to infuse dishes with a tantalizing truffle aroma.

1 ea Belgium waffle, cut into 4 quarters item #78741
2 oz cinnamon butter

DIRECTIONS

• On the bottom quarter of the waffle place half the chicken breast topped with the egg, 1 slice of bacon, drizzle of kickin’ bourbon molasses glaze, top with another quarter of waffle, cinnamon butter and drizzle with more kickin’ bourbon molasses glaze.
• Repeat to make second sandwich, and serve!

INGREDIENTS

Apple Filling
1 cup Juicy Juice 100% apple juice item #17895
2 large sweet apples, peeled cored and diced into 1/2 inch pieces (about 2 cups)
1 ripe pear, preferably Bartlett, peeled, cored and diced (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Crust and Topping
2 cups + 1/4 tablespoons of Juicy Juice 100% apple juice
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
3 tablespoons sugar

DIRECTIONS

Apple Filling
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Coat a 9”x13” baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Stir 1 cup apple juice, apples, pears, 1/2 cup sugar, corn starch and cinnamon together in a large saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and stir constantly. Remove from heat when mixture bubbles and thickens.

Crust and Topping
1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a good processor fitted with the steel blade attachment. Pulse several times to combine. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal.
2. Drizzle 1/4 cup apple juice over the crumbly mixture, and pulse again to moisten. Open lid and squeeze a handful of the mixture together. If it holds together it is moist enough, if it doesn’t hold together repeat drizzling and pulsing with the remaining 2 tablespoons of apple juice.
3. Transfer 1/2 cup of the crumbly mixture to a small bowl and set aside. Transfer the remaining crumbly mixture to the prepared baking dish and press into the bottom to form a smooth surface with the back of your fingers.
4. Top the crust with the apple and pear mixture, spreading it out evenly. Stir oats, walnuts (optional) and 3 tablespoons sugar into the 1/2 cup of crumbly mixture to make topping.
5. Sprinkle topping over the apple mixture, bake until the fruit bubbles along the edges and the topping is golden (42-50 minutes).
6. Let cool and then chill completely. Cut into 24 bars for serving.
