From Keebler, we added a 10lb case of animal crackers. These animal-shaped shortbread cookies feature wild animals such as lions, elephants, giraffes, and more to create endless snacking fun! With a crisp, and easy-to-bite texture, these cookies are packed with 18 grams of whole grains and made without high fructose corn syrup, making them the perfect, nutritious snack for school cafeterias, as well as ideal for ice cream shops as a topping option.

From Dart, we added a PET Straw-Slotted Lid with identifications Buttons. This lid is translucent and made of recyclable PET (polyethylene terephthalate). This straw-slotted lid will fit the Dart 32oz Pedestal Cup (Item #24967).

And From Oringer, we added their new container size for Butterscotch Topping. With a wide variety of uses on your menu, this butterscotch topping is sure to be a customer favorite. It’s ready to use right out of the container, or you can warm it up before serving. The new built-in handle makes holding and moving this large container easy. And now each container features a resealable cap that twists on or off to lock in freshness, so you can preserve any unused products.

Starting in the bakery category, we’ve added a Jr. Gourmet Burger Bun from Piantedosi and 4 new gourmet items from Ace Bakery; a Craft Brioche Burger Roll, an assorted multi-pack of Premium Dinner Rolls, Dinner Cluster Rolls – a great tear-apart bread with a rich unrivaled flavor and lastly from Ace Bakery a must-try item, Baguette Bagels – The bakery experts at Ace took the creamy texture, airy interior and crisp golden crust of a classic baguette and shaped it into this iconic staple. From BAF we’ve added instant Sweet Potato Pearls. In appetizers, from Brew City come new IPA Beer Battered Gouda & Mozzarella Cheese Bites – a creamy blend of Gouda and Mozzarella Cheese coated in a crispy premium beer batter. From Bob’s Red Mill we’ve added potato flour. From Ruffles, we’ve added a baked version of their popular Sour Cream & Cheddar potato chips. We’ve added 4 new snack items from Zee Zees that children and school food directors alike will love; a Cocoa Cherry Nutrition Bar, Strawberry Graham Crackers, Dry-Roasted Sunflower Kernels and a Dried Fruit Mix. Lastly, in non foods we’ve added 3 new items. From QCC come premium quality, clay-coated white bakery boxes made from recycled materials. From Cambro we’ve added a Kelly-Green lid for 2 and 4 quart foodservice containers. And, from Duro we’ve added a kraft brown paper bags with handles.

INGREDIENTS
Serves: 100

200 slices of whole wheat bread
400 slices of cheddar cheese
3 lb of butter
75 oz Cheez-It® whole grain baked snack crackers

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat convection oven to 350˚F
2. In a food processor, pulse the Cheez-It® crackers until finely textured, removed crushed crackers from food processor and reserve.
3. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat or heat in microwave until melted reserve.
4. Lay out slices of bread on a flat surface and use rolling pin to flatten the bread both horizontally and vertically.
5. Place 2 slices of cheese next to each other on top of each slice of bread then roll up tightly to form the dippers.
6. Roll the dippers, as well as their ends, in melted butter, then roll into Cheez-It® crumbs. The butter will serve as a glue for the crumbs. Add tooth pick to the center of the roll to hold in place while cooking.
7. Bake rolls on ungreased paper lined backing sheet for 8 minutes at 350˚F

Serving Size: 2 dippers

From Oak Point we’ve added a 7oz size pizza dough ball and from Dabesta we’ve added 10, 20, 24 and 30 ounce sizes of their Maine-made pizza dough balls.
