Our marinated mushroom bruschetta is going to be served on grilled ciabatta and finished with cheese curds. In this recipe we’re using Cremini mushrooms. However you could use Button mushrooms, or any other kind of mushroom that you prefer. Your mushroom mix can be done in advance. This is something you can do in bulk. Making this dish not only fast and fresh, but highly profitable and time saving during busy service.

INGREDIENTS

1 flame-grilled chicken burger item #73795
2 slices ham
2 slices Swiss cheese item #10184
1 ciabatta roll item #8268
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard aioli
Dill pickle slices
A handful of banana pepper rings

DIRECTIONS

1. Griddle chicken burger until heated through.
2. Heat ham on griddle, then place ham on burger.
3. Top with cheese, and cover to melt.
4. Toast ciabatta roll on griddle.
5. Spread one side of roll with spicy brown mustard aioli.
6. On other roll, add burger with ham and cheese.
7. Top with pickles, banana peppers and finish with top roll, serve!

INGREDIENTS
Serves: 1

1/2 Pillsbury ciabatta bread, thawed
1 1/2 oz sliced turkey
1/2 slice of pepper jack
1/4 cup of lettuce
1 fresh sliced tomato

DIRECTIONS

• Cut ciabatta bread diagonally into halves.
• Layer ham, pepper jack cheese, lettuce and tomato slices on bun.
• Chill, and serve!

Serving suggestion: Serve with sides such as cup of tomato soup, crinkle cup apple “fries”, and milk if desired.
